What you will do

• Construct and manage a fundamentally driven, market-neutral equity portfolio targeting consistent absolute returns.
• Generate original investment ideas through deep fundamental analysis of companies, industries, and market dynamics.
• Define a stock universe or sector focus and actively engage with company management teams.
• Make all investment decisions and construct the full portfolio.
• Manage risk and volatility across every position in the trading book.
• Collaborate with the broader portfolio management team and share information to identify synergies.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a Portfolio Manager, or 5+ years as an Investment Analyst or Assistant Portfolio Manager.
• Proven, verifiable investment track record.
• Clearly defined, robust, and repeatable investment process.
• Strong research skills and deep understanding of Asian equity markets and covered stocks.
• Ability to construct market-neutral portfolios and manage volatility effectively.
• High attention to detail and ability to perform under pressure.
