Senior Quantitative Equity Trader (Systematic US Equities): Developing and evaluating systematic trading opportunities across US equities with an accent on alpha generation, portfolio construction, execution, and market microstructure. Location: Remote from anywhere in the world; office listed in New York, NY, USA

What you will do
- Develop and evaluate systematic equity trading opportunities.
- Identify new sources of alpha across US equities.
- Collaborate with research and technology teams on strategy deployment.
- Improve execution and portfolio construction.
- Participate in designing trading infrastructure and analytics.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience trading US equities.
- Experience running or contributing to profitable systematic strategies.
- Strong understanding of alpha generation, risk management, and portfolio construction.
- Experience with intraday and/or medium-frequency strategies.
- Strong understanding of market microstructure.
Nice to have
- Experience with statistical arbitrage, factor models, ETF arbitrage, event-driven trading, market making, execution alpha, or short-term prediction models.
