Alternative Capital Markets Associate (Wealth Management)

What you will do

• Lead client portfolio reviews, providing alternative portfolio analysis and implementation guidance.
• Monitor and analyze portfolio performance, including underlying asset valuations and market trends.
• Manage the investment process across portfolio construction and manager selection.
• Prepare detailed portfolio reports, presentations, and analyses for internal investment committees and clients.
• Coordinate cash flow management, capital calls, distributions, and liquidity forecasting across various funds.
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, and operations teams to ensure portfolio integrity and accuracy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Higher.
• 3+ years of experience in venture capital, growth equity, wealth/asset management, investment banking, or private equity.
• Deep understanding of financial markets and alternative investments.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to effectively manage the entire investor lifecycle with sophistication and tact.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently within a team-oriented environment.
