Principal Workfront Consultant (Adobe Workfront)

What you will do

• Lead Adobe Workfront engagements and develop success plans aligned with client business objectives.
• Design Workfront Fusion scenarios, modules, routes, connectors, and API integrations to automate workflows and connect enterprise systems.
• Advise on Workfront architecture, scalability, performance optimization, security, and continuous improvement.
• Build value realization programs, success metrics, measurement frameworks, milestones, and ROI reports.
• Identify adoption challenges, delivery risks, and value realization opportunities while advocating for client success.
• Produce success plans, value measurement documentation, adoption metrics, executive dashboards, and related consulting deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.
• 8+ years of client-facing management consulting or systems integration consulting experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on Adobe Workfront configuration and implementation experience.
• Adobe Workfront certification at Professional or Expert level.
• Deep knowledge of Workfront architecture, features, Fusion, connectors, APIs, system integrations, and data mapping.
• Experience with client workshops, stakeholder engagement, value measurement, project management methodologies, database management, basic scripting, and analytical reporting.

• MBA.
• Knowledge of change management and adoption methodologies.
• Experience managing client budgets and commercial discussions.
