Project Manager - C2

Location: Austin, TX; hybrid work with regular in-person collaboration

Salary: USD $93,300–$115,000 per year

hirify.global's Creative Center is an in-house agency delivering internal and external communications across digital, social, video, and print.

What you will do

• Manage multiple creative and front-end digital projects, including email builds, web experiences, templates, and digital components.
• Create project plans, schedules, resource allocations, milestones, dependencies, and risk plans using Workfront.
• Lead kickoffs, status meetings, reviews, intake discussions, and stakeholder alignment.
• Coordinate handoffs between strategy, creative, development, and production teams.
• Improve workflows, manage escalations, and provide clear recommendations and solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience in an agency, marketing, or digital environment.
• Experience supporting creative production and digital/front-end initiatives.
• Strong understanding of workflows spanning design through development.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills for translating between creative and technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with Workfront or similar structured workflow systems.
• Familiarity with HTML, email builds, design systems, or CMS workflows.
• Experience in regulated industries or large enterprises.
