Senior Financial Analyst DACH

What you will do

• Prepare GAAP financial statements, board reporting, budgets, and KPIs for operating companies.
• Review finance and accounting work products, including general ledger postings, revenue recognition, and variance explanations.
• Analyze budget-to-actual performance, portfolio benchmarks, revenue, and expenses to support business decisions.
• Partner with M&A colleagues on the operational and financial integration of acquisitions.
• Implement process improvements and document standard operating procedures across the portfolio.
• Develop ad hoc reports and dashboards and provide financial guidance to business leaders.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in finance or accounting.
• Qualification or part-qualification from a recognized financial or accounting body.
• Solid knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Experience with financial systems; Oracle NetSuite experience is an asset.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Fluent German and English required.

• Experience with Oracle NetSuite.
