Senior Financial Analyst DACH

Location: Munich, Bavaria, Germany

Salary: €80,000–€85,000 base salary per year, excluding annual bonus and equity when applicable.

What you will do

• Prepare accurate GAAP financial statements, board reporting, budgets, and KPIs for operating companies.
• Perform quality assurance on finance and accounting work products, including general ledger postings, revenue recognition, and variance explanations.
• Analyze budget-to-actuals, portfolio benchmarks, operating revenue, and expenses to support business decisions.
• Partner with M&A colleagues and support the operational and financial integration of acquisitions.
• Implement process improvements, document stahirify.globalrd operating procedures, and develop reports and dashboards for CEOs.
• Provide financial advice and guidance to the business as requested.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.
• Qualification or part-qualification from a recognized financial or accounting body.
• Fluent German and English.
• Solid working knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Experience with financial systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• High motivation and energy, with an interest in entrepreneurship, software, and finance.

Nice to have

• Experience with Oracle NetSuite.
