What you will do

• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders in Finance, Supply Chain, and Procurement to provide financial guidance.
• Own month-end closing activities and ensure high-quality, timely financial reporting.
• Analyze actual performance against budgets and forecasts to provide meaningful business recommendations.
• Monitor operational performance and key cost drivers to identify trends and risks.
• Track and report on cost efficiency, waste reduction, and productivity improvements.
• Develop management reports and dashboards to enable data-driven strategic decisions.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Several years of professional experience in Controlling or FP&A within an international environment.
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting complex financial and operational data.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (SAP experience is an advantage).
• Fluent English skills, both written and spoken.

Nice to have

• Experience with BI and reporting tools such as Power BI.
