Jr. Business Development Manager

Location: US West region; hybrid work arrangement

Salary: $70,000–$90,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Identify and secure partnerships with intercity bus operators and relevant stakeholders in the US West region.
• Manage existing partner relationships, supporting mutual growth and profitability.
• Conduct market research on trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes.
• Coordinate with Network Planning, Operations, Finance, and Marketing to execute network strategy.
• Develop processes, coordinate cross-functional projects, and optimize partner performance using data-driven insights.
• Represent Flix at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in business development, sales, account management, or another externally facing strategic role.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with data-driven decision-making, cold calling, and prospecting.
• Ability to work autonomously, handle ambiguity, and adapt to rapid change.

• Professional fluency in Spanish.
