Senior Event Marketing Manager

Location: Vilnius, Lithuania; hybrid workplace

Salary: €2,400–€3,600 gross per month, with flexibility based on skills and competencies

What you will do

• Plan and manage conferences, meetups, hackathons, and webinars from concept through on-site or online execution.
• Develop event marketing strategies and coordinate with event marketing, video production, development, content, design, accounting, and commercial teams.
• Manage event timelines, budgets, progress tracking, and results reporting.
• Coordinate end-to-end communication with speakers, including research, preparation, rehearsals, schedules, and logistics.
• Research and coordinate local and international suppliers, freelancers, services, and event logistics.
• Create event briefs, landing pages, agendas, emails, and technical scripts while improving event marketing processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in event marketing or event production.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proactive and independent approach, ownership, adaptability, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Fluent English required.
