Engagement Manager (Generative AI)

Location: New York, New York; hybrid, with a minimum of three days per week in the office from Tuesday through Thursday. Candidates must be comfortable working with colleagues in UK time zones and hold valid travel documents with no work authorization restrictions in the US.

What you will do

• Deliver revenue, usage, renewal, and expansion goals across an enterprise client portfolio.
• Build strategic partnerships with client stakeholders up to the C-suite.
• Lead consultative deployment of generative AI tools and translate client objectives into scalable programs.
• Embed within client organizations, guide behavior change, and drive measurable value through clear use cases.
• Partner with Sales on pre-sale and pilot phases, and oversee contracting and invoicing with Operations.
• Represent client feedback in product evolution and develop working fluency in generative AI, machine-learning trust, ethics, and client industries.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in commercial enterprise deployment, customer success, or sales.
• Proven ability to build trust and deliver outcomes with senior and executive stakeholders.
• Strong structured problem-solving, influence, execution, and operational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to adapt to different audiences.
• Comfort with data, especially Excel, and the ability to organize and synthesize information.
• Ability to work in the New York office at least three days per week and work in the US without authorization restrictions.

Nice to have

• Experience working with generative AI tools, enterprise AI implementation, or machine-learning trust and ethics.
• Experience in an early-stage startup focused on generative AI, learning, leadership, or team development.
