Facilities Manager

What you will do

• Oversee facilities, cleaning, maintenance, repair, security, energy, sustainability, health and safety, and asset management across an assigned building portfolio.
• Act as the primary liaison between Community teams, third-party vendors, and building property management, including escalation management for facility emergencies.
• Manage vendor performance, contracts, budgets, service requests, cost-saving initiatives, audits, and operational reporting using Salesforce and Power BI.
• Develop preventive maintenance plans and oversee commercial MEP systems, including HVAC, plumbing, fire and life safety systems, and electrical distribution networks.
• Coordinate break-fix work, CAPEX and large-scale maintenance projects, including scope, schedules, budgets, vendor execution, and long-term upgrades.
• Support building openings, handovers, punch-list completion, compliance activities, global and regional project rollouts, and special security or enterprise requests.

Requirements

• Degree in engineering, architecture, or a related field.
• Proficiency in English required.
• 4–6 years of experience in facilities or operations management.
• Experience managing suppliers and vendors, including contract management and union vendors.
• Familiarity with lease operations language and execution.
• Strong knowledge of commercial MEP systems, excellent communication and organizational skills, and proficiency with Corrigo, Salesforce, and Power BI.
