Facility Supervisor (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Supervise daily operations involving facility personnel, equipment, and building systems.
• Plan and control maintenance activities, budgets, spare parts, warehouse operations, and inventory.
• Oversee service requests and maintenance for HVAC, BMS, and other facility systems.
• Develop employees through training, skill development, and performance support.
• Collaborate with other supervisors and ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and governance requirements.
• Perform root cause analysis and improve operational efficiency, motivation, and satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering, or equivalent maintenance and installation experience.
• Experience with HVAC systems or manufacturing facilities, ideally in multinational environments.
• Technical knowledge of machine safety, mechanics, pneumatics, electricity, electronics, and manufacturing facility requirements.
• Knowledge of NOM-001-SEDE, NOM-002, NOM-022-STPS, and NOM-029 standards.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, process development, and budget control skills.
• Advanced written and verbal English and Spanish communication skills are required.
