Licensing Manager (Nuclear Energy)

What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact with regulatory bodies.
• Manage licensing deliverables, regulatory submissions, and engagement plans.
• Coordinate third-party licensing consultants, deliverables, and budgets.
• Support safety analysis through data, modeling, reviews, and documentation.
• Track licensing milestones and risks, escalate issues, and maintain licensing roadmaps.
• Organize document systems, version control, and regulatory filings.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in licensing, regulatory affairs, safety engineering, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, physics, nuclear science, or a related discipline.
• Familiarity with the NRC licensing process.
• Knowledge of safety analysis, risk assessment, or safety modeling.
• Strong written and verbal communication in technical and regulatory contexts.
• Must be based in Austin, TX or Washington, DC, or be open to relocation.
