Community Manager Intern (AI)

Location: San Francisco; must be based in the SF Bay Area and able to work in person at the HQ

hirify.global builds autonomous coding agents that generate, test, and deploy production applications from plain-language intent.

What you will do

• Build and manage Luma event pages, track registrations, and handle check-in and on-site logistics for San Francisco events, workshops, and mixers.
• Run Discord and Facebook groups, welcome members, answer questions, route product issues, and maintain healthy community conversations.
• Support ambassador recruitment by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for new city chapters.
• Onboard and support city leads through agreements, Slack, playbook walkthroughs, event calendars, and their first events.
• Maintain event trackers, dashboards, reports, and metrics covering attendance, signups, engagement, Discord growth, and user-generated content.
• Record product walkthroughs, demos, photos, and short-form content, and occasionally co-host livestreams or builder interviews.

Requirements

• Genuine interest in AI, startups, small businesses, and how non-technical people build with AI.
• Experience building and shipping small apps or websites with AI or non-technical coding platforms; engineering experience is not required.
• Comfort on camera and in live conversations, including walkthroughs, livestreams, and builder interviews.
• Strong, friendly writing and clear communication with community members, ambassador candidates, and city leads.
• Organization, reliability, process thinking, and the ability to coordinate multiple city timelines.
• Must be based in the SF Bay Area and work in person at the San Francisco HQ.

Nice to have

• Experience running or moderating Discord, Reddit, Facebook groups, campus clubs, or other online communities.
• Event planning, campus organizing, or multi-city chapter leadership experience.
• Interviewing, recruiting, or admissions experience.
• A project built with hirify.global or another non-technical coding platform.
• Short-form video or streaming experience with Canva, CapCut, OBS, TikTok, or YouTube.
