What you will do
- Manage daily community operations across WeChat, Discord, and Xiaohongshu.
- Drive conversations, answer questions, and maintain an active and engaged community.
- Plan and execute hackathons, tech talks, and developer meetups from program design through retrospectives.
- Create community content and campaign copy, and curate user-generated content.
- Collect user feedback, prepare weekly community metrics reports, and nurture key opinion consumers.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or above.
- Strong writing skills and fluency with major social platforms.
- Solid understanding of the North American humanoid robotics industry.
- Knowledge of Web3 community culture, DAO governance, airdrops, whitelists, and NFT communities.
- Empathetic, highly organized, and execution-driven working style.

- Prior experience running social media accounts or online communities.
