Intern - Finance and Accounting (Source to Pay and Travel Management Expense)

Location: Hybrid in BGC, Taguig, Metro Manila, with 2–3 onsite days per week

What you will do

• Support invoice posting in SAP, including vendor verification, PO and non-PO classification, GL and cost center validation, tax code application, and matching checks.
• Validate invoices in Coupa for data completeness, documentation, approvals, and 2-way or 3-way matching.
• Monitor invoice queues for items awaiting posting, validation, or escalation.
• Maintain trackers for invoice status, pending actions, and escalations.
• Coordinate with Source-to-Pay analysts and stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Accountancy, Banking and Finance, or Financial Management.
• Basic understanding of invoices, general ledger accounts, cost centers, and tax codes.
• Familiarity with MS Excel, including sorting, filtering, and basic formulas.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical ability, organization skills, and effective communication.
• Available to complete 500 hours, work from 9 AM to 6 PM, and start by September 2026.
• Comfortable performing repetitive, accuracy-dependent tasks and following structured processes.

Nice to have

• Exposure to ERP systems such as SAP, Coupa, or similar platforms.
