Principal Architect (Snowflake)

Location: Remote/homebased in the United States; primary location is Conway, Arkansas

What you will do

• Advise clients and align enterprise-scale technical solutions with business objectives.
• Lead solution design, technical pre-sales, discovery, proposals, scoping, estimation, and cost modeling.
• Oversee the transition from pre-sales to implementation and drive delivery, scalability, adoption, and measurable client value.
• Develop technical best practices, frameworks, and reusable assets for data and analytics solutions.
• Partner with product, engineering, and delivery teams to influence product direction and improve methodologies.
• Mentor architects and serve as the primary technical escalation point for assigned clients.

Requirements

• 10+ years of combined experience in technical pre-sales and solution implementation.
• 10+ years of client-facing experience, including executive-level engagement.
• 5+ years of experience in data-driven marketing environments.
• Deep expertise in enterprise solution architecture and complex systems design.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake, Databricks, or similar cloud data platforms, plus AWS, Azure, or GCP expertise.
• Experience with cloud migration, clean room technologies, Customer Data Platforms, real-time data processing, identity resolution, and AI/ML-enabled analytics.
