Sr. Technical Product Manager, AI Data Platforms

What you will do

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for hirify.global Enterprise AI HyperPOD within the NVIDIA AI Data Platform reference architecture.
• Define product requirements and differentiation across storage hardware, software, data governance, access controls, connectors, and vector database integrations.
• Manage product relationships with NVIDIA, ISVs, system integrators, cloud providers, networking vendors, and complementary hardware partners.
• Design validated, customer-ready AIDP configurations with GPU sizing, network topology, performance targets, and full ingestion and retrieval workflows.
• Develop solution briefs, reference architectures, technical positioning, and vertical-specific narratives for enterprise customers.
• Drive cross-functional go-to-market execution with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Marketing, customers, and ecosystem partners.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience, including at least 2 years in enterprise infrastructure, storage, or AI/ML infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML workflows, especially Retrieval-Augmented Generation, LLM inference pipelines, and vector search.
• Experience with hardware/software ecosystem partner programs and multi-party product and go-to-market initiatives.
• Ability to lead execution across engineering, sales, and marketing without direct authority.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including writing PRDs and presenting to C-suite customers.
• Experience with high-performance or parallel file systems, object storage, NVMe-based architectures, or Kubernetes-based cloud-native deployments.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with NVIDIA AI Enterprise, NIM microservices, NeMo Retriever, cuVS, or related components.
• Experience in Financial Services, Health & Life Sciences, Retail, Manufacturing, or Sovereign AI and government programs.
• Knowledge of enterprise data governance, access control frameworks, and compliance requirements such as HIPAA, FedRAMP, or DORA.
• Experience developing co-sell motions, joint solutions, and partner-led pipeline generation.
