What you will do

• Conduct patient intake and follow-up telehealth consultations to assess eligibility for ketamine-assisted psychotherapy.
• Prescribe medication when medically appropriate and monitor patient outcomes.
• Recommend treatment plan changes based on medication response and clinical outcomes.
• Collaborate with network psychotherapists and care coordinators.
• Provide feedback on the care management system and help improve clinical workflows.
• Report to the Lead Clinician and collaborate with leadership and co-founders.

Requirements

• Active US state licensure is required; the title specifies Maine licensure, while the profile also references Connecticut licensure.
• At least one year of psychiatric experience as a PMHNP or one year of psychology-related experience after board certification.
• DEA registration.
• Comfort prescribing controlled substances when medically appropriate.
• Experience prescribing for anxiety and depression.
• Ability to synthesize medical and psychiatric information into evidence-based clinical recommendations.

Nice to have
