What you will do

• Maintain test equipment availability above 99.3% and support high first-pass yield.
• Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting to reduce downtime and improve reliability.
• Monitor real-time and historical equipment data to detect failures and anticipate potential issues.
• Use data analytics and diagnostic tools to improve test efficiency, equipment performance, and maintenance schedules.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and cross-functional teams on testing operations and continuous improvement.
• Prepare technical reports and presentations on equipment performance and improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Mechatronic Engineering.
• Understanding of electrical circuits, digital and analog electronics, and instrumentation.
• Ability to maintain and troubleshoot SSD test equipment, including calibration, reliability, and maintenance protocols.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Python, R, SQL, or MATLAB.
• Knowledge of predictive maintenance, including AI-driven approaches to equipment reliability.
• Familiarity with SPC, DOE, and Six Sigma methodologies, plus strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in test equipment engineering, particularly sustaining and maintenance in SSD manufacturing or a related industry.
