What you will do

• Develop and execute strategic client communications covering regulatory, operational, contractual, and service-related updates.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex business initiatives into clear communications for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Manage communication projects from intake through delivery, including timelines, approvals, compliance requirements, and business objectives.
• Measure communication effectiveness through reporting, metrics, and feedback.
• Lead the team responsible for communications with the hirify.global customer base in the United States and Canada.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
• 6+ years of experience in communications, content strategy, client communications, corporate communications, or a related field.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to tailor messaging for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience managing multiple projects while balancing competing priorities and deadlines.
• Curiosity, problem-solving ability, and interest in improving customer experiences.
