TL;DR

Location: Frankfurt, Germany; onsite in the Frankfurt office five days per week
Salary: €59,300.22–€78,424.54 per year, with potential additional bonuses, commissions, or other compensation.

What you will do
- Lead end-to-end business process analysis using Value Stream Mapping, DMAIC, and related continuous improvement methodologies.
- Independently manage moderate-scope improvement initiatives and recommend sustainable, data-driven solutions for efficiency, quality, cost, and risk control.
- Plan and facilitate Kaizen workshops, coordinate cross-functional participation, and document outcomes and operational controls.
- Develop and maintain standard work, SOPs, and process documentation to support consistent operations and compliance.
- Define KPIs, analyze operational and financial data, and prepare dashboards, business cases, ROI estimates, and workflow analyses.
- Advise managers, communicate analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders, and support training and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- At least two years of related experience, or an advanced degree with limited professional experience.
- Fluent German and English for collaboration with international, cross-functional teams.
- Developing professional expertise in continuous improvement, analytics, and business operations, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Ability to work with minimal day-to-day supervision, exercise judgment within established procedures, and provide advisory recommendations.
Nice to have
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification; certification is required within a defined period if not already obtained.
