Senior Fund Accounting

Location: Hybrid at RSU Tower, Bangkok, Thailand

What you will do

• Process and review transactional, custody, security, market, and corporate action data for investment operations.
• Perform portfolio, cash, and securities reconciliations and support daily transaction capture.
• Support unit pricing calculations, portfolio performance analysis, units-on-issue reviews, and pricing data validation.
• Check management and performance fee calculations and related fee accruals.
• Investigate operational issues, identify root causes, escalate risks, and contribute to process improvements.
• Support internal and external client inquiries, service-level requirements, change initiatives, and APAC and global operating model processes.

Requirements

• Strong interest in fund administration, accounting, investment operations, or financial services.
• Degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field; recent graduates are welcome.
• 0–2 years of experience in fund administration or a related financial services role, including internship or graduate experience.
• High attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills, and professional communication abilities.
• Basic academic or practical knowledge of investment operations, unit pricing, or valuations.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and escalate issues appropriately.

Nice to have

• Awareness of equities, fixed income, derivatives, or ETF fund accounting.
• Experience with HiPort or similar fund accounting platforms.
• Exposure to shared-services or hub-based operating environments.
• Familiarity with Australian or regional managed-fund regulations, including ASIC, APRA, or SEC requirements.
