TL;DR

What you will do
- Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes across multiple business units, legal entities, and international markets.
- Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, prepaid expenses, fixed assets, and recurring close documentation.
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliations, investigate variances, and resolve aged or unsupported balances.
- Support project wrap and revenue accounting activities by reconciling project data and resolving discrepancies.
- Assist with financial reporting schedules, internal and external audit requests, and compliance with accounting policies and internal controls.
- Document procedures and contribute to accounting process improvements, automation, and finance transformation initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- 1–3 years of accounting experience.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and the month-end close process.
- Experience preparing journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, and formulas.
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with close attention to detail.
Nice to have
- Experience with NetSuite or other ERP systems.
- Public accounting, multinational, or shared services experience.
- Experience supporting process improvement or finance transformation initiatives.
