Director, Project Management

Location: United States — New York, NY. This position is hybrid and subject to workplace attendance and in-office work requirements.

Base salary: $130,000–$170,000 USD per year.

What you will do

• Lead large-scale client portfolios and partner with senior leaders across Client Partnerships, Creative, Strategy, Media, Analytics, Production, Influencer, and Commerce.
• Define portfolio approaches, deliverables, staffing plans, agency fees, retainer scopes, procurement requirements, and business plans.
• Oversee project and retainer financials, budgets, project plans, statements of work, staffing, and strategic program planning.
• Manage integrated marketing and advertising projects including brand creative, websites, digital experiences, social content, digital videos, and events.
• Mentor and train Project Managers while serving as a communication, escalation, and negotiation point.
• Lead client discovery, scoping, onboarding, budgets, staffing plans, contracts, and support during the first 100 days of new engagements.

Requirements

• 10+ years of post-college experience, including project management experience in an agency environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent entrepreneurial experience.
• Experience delivering digital and social projects ranging from $10K to $2M+.
• Ability to partner across Client Service, Strategy, Creative, Production, Media, Technology, and E-commerce departments.
• Experience with platform guidelines, legal considerations, advertising regulations, and social and digital best practices.
• Demonstrated leadership, mentorship, communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills in fast-paced environments.
