Senior Project Manager (Experiential)

Location: New York, New York. Requires working in the office Monday through Thursday, with remote work on Fridays.

Salary: $120,000–$140,000 per year, based on experience.

What you will do

• Lead planning, kickoffs, workstream coordination, and delivery for campaigns, content, experiential, spatial, branding, and identity projects.
• Manage experiential projects involving production, fabrication, vendors, installation, physical builds, and live activations.
• Develop timelines, milestones, dependencies, deliverable schedules, budgets, trackers, and status reports.
• Coordinate Creative, Production, Strategy, Client Services, internal resource teams, and external partners.
• Manage resource allocation, bandwidth planning, freelance support, creative reviews, feedback, and approvals across concurrent projects.
• Identify risks and process gaps, resolve roadblocks, and implement post-mortem learnings to improve delivery quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of project management experience, ideally in a creative agency or studio.
• Experience managing multiple projects from inception through delivery while maintaining timelines and budgets.
• Exceptional communication, organization, multitasking, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience or knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and proficiency with project management software.
• Availability to work in the New York office four days per week, Monday through Thursday, with remote work on Fridays.

Nice to have

• Familiarity or experience with Airtable.
• Experience with experiential projects and agency production workflows.
• Knowledge of emerging technologies, creative tools, experiential production practices, and project management best practices.
