Product Manager - APAC' Expansion (Fintech): Defining and delivering the strategic roadmap for banking connectivity and payment infrastructure across APAC with an accent on market expansion, local payment rails, banking partnerships, and regulatory requirements. Focus on evaluating payment corridors, prioritizing integrations, optimizing transaction performance and costs, and adapting infrastructure to evolving instant payment and open banking landscapes.
Location: Singapore — Hybrid. Candidates must have the right to work in the jurisdiction where they work.

What you will do
- Define 's APAC banking connectivity strategy and product roadmap, including target markets, required capabilities, and infrastructure evolution.
- Build business cases for market expansion using client demand, payment volumes, competitive positioning, and regulatory requirements.
- Translate APAC payment needs, including ACH and local clearing requirements, into technical and commercial specifications.
- Define banking partnership requirements, evaluate potential partners, and coordinate integration delivery with engineering.
- Monitor transaction success rates, settlement times, and corridor costs while identifying optimization, redundancy, and alternative-routing opportunities.
- Track instant payment schemes, open banking regulations, and emerging settlement mechanisms, incorporating customer and sales feedback into product decisions.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience building B2B fintech products with banks, PSPs, and local payment rails across APAC.
- Experience defining product strategy, managing roadmaps, prioritizing requirements, and driving delivery with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work closely with engineers and apply sufficient technical depth to evaluate solutions and integrations.
- Strong analytical, communication, customer discovery, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Ability to work with financial, risk, and legal stakeholders to design compliant, user-centric solutions.
- Right to work in the jurisdiction of employment is required.
