Partner Marketing

Location: Remote/Homebased in the United States; primary location is Conway, Arkansas

What you will do

• Develop and execute joint value propositions, messaging, co-marketing plans, and partner programs.
• Support campaigns and go-to-market initiatives across events, digital marketing, social media, PR and communications, and marketing operations.
• Create sales enablement materials, training resources, videos, collateral, newsletters, and thought leadership content.
• Promote hirify.global’s portfolio and services across partner teams and target markets.
• Track program status, KPIs, pipeline generation, and marketing impact in collaboration with operations.
• Work with partner, product, sales, strategy, finance, and legal teams to accelerate partner revenue.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or an equivalent field; an MBA is preferred.
• 5+ years of partner marketing or partner program experience, preferably across B2B and B2C partnerships.
• 2+ years of experience with a marketing technology or professional services provider is preferred.
• Account services experience and strong project management, creative, presentation, writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, collaborate effectively, and demonstrate ownership and accountability.

Nice to have

• Experience working with a range of partner types, agencies, platforms, and marketing technology providers.
• MBA or equivalent advanced business education.
