Senior Content Analyst (AI): Building and managing a North American content operations ecosystem across CMS governance, repositories, metadata, SEO, GEO, and AI-enabled workflows with an accent on content discoverability, reuse, lifecycle management, and quality. Focus on designing agentic content workflows, evaluating AI-generated content, establishing governance safeguards, and measuring search visibility and operational efficiency.
Location: Campinas, São Paulo, Brazil; hybrid workplace

What you will do
- Build and maintain centralized content and proof-point repositories.
- Establish metadata, taxonomy, tagging, naming, and version-control standards.
- Manage content organization, localization, refresh, archiving, retirement, and website publishing.
- Lead North American SEO and GEO governance, including structured content, schemas, topic clusters, FAQs, and internal linking.
- Design, test, and maintain AI-assisted and agentic workflows for research, drafting, editing, optimization, repurposing, tagging, summarization, and quality assurance.
- Develop reports and dashboards covering content performance, search visibility, AI adoption, reuse, publishing time, and cycle-time reduction.
Requirements
- High-level English proficiency and clear communication with North American and global teams.
- 4–6 years of experience in content operations, digital marketing, SEO, content management, marketing operations, or a related field.
- Experience in B2B, technology, consulting, professional services, or enterprise marketing.
- Hands-on experience with CMS platforms, SEO, content repositories, metadata, taxonomy, and content lifecycle management.
- Working knowledge of GEO, AI search visibility, structured content, and emerging discovery practices.
- Practical experience with generative AI, multi-step workflows, automations, agents, prompt-based systems, content governance, quality assurance, and human review.
