What you will do

• Evaluate, verify, and process service requests from shareholders, institutions, broker/dealers, third-party entities, and client fund or stock groups.
• Process mutual fund and stock transactions and maintain shareholder records.
• Accept, record, troubleshoot, and resolve requests from shareowners, institutions, the NSCC, the DTC, and broker/dealers.
• Lead skilled and professional staff working on moderately scoped operational issues and projects.
• Resolve escalated issues, meet schedules, and provide daily direction and guidance to team members.
• Recommend procedure and policy changes to support department goals.

Requirements

• Thorough understanding of mutual fund and stock operations.
• Experience processing financial service requests and transactions.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment within established policies and procedures.
• Ability to lead staff and manage escalated operational issues.
