Senior Product Manager (Digital Health)

Location: San Francisco, United States; hybrid work

Annual base salary: $163,000–$240,000, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Own performance across the digital physical therapy program portfolio, monitoring engagement, retention, outcomes, and gross margin.
• Identify under-optimized programs and prioritize investments with the highest expected value.
• Define the operating model and launch playbook for evaluating innovations, handling client customizations, validating product–market fit, and transitioning programs to horizontal ownership.
• Lead discovery and validation of new member-facing program experiences for new and existing member segments.
• Define quantitative and qualitative success metrics and own the roadmap for category expansion.
• Align horizontal product teams and cross-functional partners around program priorities, investments, and tradeoffs.

Requirements

• 2+ years of product management experience, including meaningful 0–1 development of consumer- or member-facing B2C or B2B2C products.
• Experience shaping end-to-end experiences across multiple touchpoints, such as apps, services, hardware, or equivalent.
• Ability to own business outcomes including growth, retention, and gross margin while balancing commercial and user needs.
• Experience making data-driven decisions, optimizing lifecycle metrics, and applying hypothesis testing and experimental design.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and align cross-functional partners.
• Ability to drive outcomes in a matrixed organization without dedicated engineering resources.

Nice to have

• Experience in digital health, fitness, or clinically informed consumer products.
• Familiarity with multimodal experiences involving connected hardware, care services, or clinical workflows.
