Senior Product Designer (FinTech)

Location: Fully remote from Europe, including the EEA, the UK, Switzerland, Ukraine, Moldova, Georgia, Armenia, Montenegro, Turkey, and the Western Balkans; applicants from other locations may be considered if they can work within Central European Time (CET).

What you will do

• Design new features, pages, complex multi-step flows, forms, dashboards, and responsive desktop and mobile interfaces.
• Improve existing products using user needs, product data, and business requirements.
• Define interface structure, logic, states, error handling, and edge cases.
• Create interactive prototypes, present design decisions, and prepare specifications for development.
• Develop and maintain large-scale design systems with components, variants, patterns, design tokens, and documentation.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, and QA Engineers; support implementation and conduct design reviews.

Requirements

• Commercial experience as a Senior Product Designer with launched products actively used by customers.
• A portfolio demonstrating implemented projects, design decisions, constraints, responsibilities, and results.
• Strong UX and UI design skills, including complex multi-step flows and data-heavy interfaces.
• Advanced Figma proficiency, including Auto Layout, Components, Variants, and Variables.
• Hands-on experience with large-scale design systems, component libraries, design tokens, states, variants, and dependencies.
• Ability to own work from problem definition through implementation review and use AI to automate routine design workflows.

Nice to have

• Commercial experience with fintech products, banking services, or payment systems.
• Experience developing design systems across multiple products or platforms.
• Experience with user research, prototype testing, and accessibility requirements.
