Workplace Operations Associate (Facilities)

Location: Frankfurt am Main, Germany; onsite five days per week

hirify.global provides technology-enabled grading, authentication, storage, and sales services for collectible trading cards, autographs, comics, coins, video games, tickets, and memorabilia through brands including PSA, PCGS, Beckett, SGC, and Card Ladder.

What you will do

• Support general building maintenance, custodial work, and warehouse operations.
• Coordinate and escort external service providers and vendors performing repairs, maintenance, and janitorial work.
• Monitor facility projects and repair progress and respond to requests from internal departments.
• Move boxes, pallets, equipment, storage racks, and other materials as needed.
• Assemble, install, and relocate furniture and support event setup and teardown.
• Identify safety risks, including spills and tripping hazards, and complete special assignments outside the usual scope.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and flexible approach.
• Organization, problem-solving, prioritization, attention to detail, and multitasking skills.
• General knowledge of facilities maintenance and basic computer skills, including comfortable use of Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Sites.
• Ability to assemble furniture, carry 25 pounds, and lift, carry, or move materials weighing 75+ pounds with assistance or proper equipment.
• Ability to bend, twist, squat, walk for extended periods, and work in warehouse environments with machinery noise and changing temperature and humidity.
• Ability to work onsite in the Frankfurt office five days per week.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Jira.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, or HVAC.
