Location: Copenhagen, Denmark. Candidates must be authorized to work in Denmark. The role includes global deployment travel of typically up to 30%, planned on-call rotations, and work in variable outdoor and industrial environments.

What you will do

  • Diagnose complex hardware, software, and networking issues using Linux command-line tools, telemetry, and shell scripting.
  • Own technical outcomes for assigned vehicles, including reliability, performance indicators, and operational readiness.
  • Coordinate root-cause analysis for field failures and support corrective actions across design, processes, and tooling.
  • Collaborate with Engineering on system architecture feedback and system integration testing.
  • Support vehicle preparation, troubleshooting, mission execution, and third-party contractor coordination during global deployments.
  • Develop work instructions and technical guidance, maintain inventories, and participate in incident-response on-call rotations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred, such as Electrical, Mechanical, Systems, Robotics, Software, or Aerospace Engineering.
  • At least 2 years of experience supporting complex embedded systems, robotics, or autonomous hardware in production or field environments.
  • Ability to interpret electrical diagrams, schematics, and mechanical drawings.
  • Hands-on experience with CAN, RS-485, RS-232, SPI, I2C, and TCP/IP protocols.
  • Comfort working with Linux and writing or understanding shell scripts for diagnostic tasks; API experience is advantageous.
  • Access to classified information requires obtaining and maintaining a personnel security clearance through the Danish Security and Intelligence Service (PET); hirify.global Denmark does not sponsor work or residence permits.
