Staff Engineer, Industrial Engineering

Location: BangPa-in, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya, Thailand; onsite at BangPa-In Building 1

What you will do

• Plan production capacity and equipment allocation according to demand ramps and operational requirements.
• Coordinate daily and weekly activities supporting manufacturing plans, including new technology and process integration.
• Manage capacity for MPS/R8Q, identify improvement opportunities, and establish standards for labor hours per unit, manufacturing cycle time, and line balancing.
• Measure and improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness and drive productivity initiatives across the site.
• Analyze cost structures and lead cost-reduction projects throughout the manufacturing site.
• Promote process and system standardization across related manufacturing sites.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in a factory environment.
• Technical expertise in data analytics, including data collection, cleaning, feature engineering, and data integrity.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
• Good written and spoken English is required.
• Transformation experience in manufacturing or operations, with strong planning, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Planning and execution experience in industrial engineering factory roles.
• Experience in cost reduction and cost structure analysis.
• Power BI, Python, Smartsheet, Minitab, simulation, and SQL experience.
• Experience integrating AI into manual process optimization.
