Mechanical Engineer

Location: Khao Yoi, Phetchaburi, Thailand

hirify.global develops and manufactures Inkjet products through collaboration between Print Operations, manufacturing partners, R&D labs, and global business units.

What you will do

• Coordinate and lead internal and outsourced development activities with manufacturing partners and suppliers from new product introduction through end of lifecycle.
• Manage day-to-day manufacturing issues and drive problem-solving with manufacturing partners.
• Lead Lean Six Sigma and process excellence initiatives to improve manufacturing partner capabilities.
• Optimize direct and indirect labor, production throughirify.globalut, automation, tooling, testing, manufacturing overheads, and warranty costs.
• Support part and product qualification activities to reduce assurance-of-supply and shipment risks.
• Collaborate with R&D, global business units, management, and development partners on product design, project progress, and issue resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or an equivalent field.
• Typically 2–4 years of experience in engineering design, engineering design tools and software, or a related field; an advanced degree with little or no experience may also qualify.
• Knowledge of material properties, hardware, and electrical component design.
• Experience with 3D CAD software, statistical analysis, and data visualization.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and English communication skills.
