What you will do

• Tackle open-ended, high-impact problems through research, structured thinking, and execution.
• Own initiatives across strategy, growth, and operations to unlock business opportunities.
• Partner with product and business teams on commercially important decisions.
• Analyze usage, customer feedback, and sales signals to produce actionable recommendations.
• Define success metrics and build processes to track progress across initiatives.
• Develop and test hypotheses and identify growth tactics aligned with market trends and customer behavior.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Experience combining consulting and high-growth startup work is strongly preferred.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and a strong understanding of how startups operate and scale.
• Ability to own projects end-to-end with minimal guidance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Strong problem-solving ability, including breaking down complex challenges into actionable steps.

• Experience selling to or working closely with SMBs.
