What you will do

• Support the development of a new model of primary care for women 50+.
• Help address women’s later-life healthcare needs, including post-menopausal care, bone density, weight management, and mental, social, and emotional well-being.
• Use data to develop best practices and implement improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues and the local community.
• Contribute to improving healthcare access, quality, and patient experience.

Requirements

• Provider or healthcare professional profile aligned with the organization’s future opportunities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and an ownership mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional environments.
• Comfort with ambiguity and building new programs or practices from the ground up.
• Interest in innovating primary care for women aged 50+.
