Senior Product Manager (Asset Investment Planning)

Location: Remote within the United States, with 25% travel to customer sites across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Australia, plus user summits and hirify.global Connect events.

Salary: $135,000–$165,000 annually plus bonus.

What you will do

• Lead customer discovery and co-creation across 140+ enterprise utility and infrastructure accounts.
• Gather customer and partner feedback, validate solutions in real-world contexts, and translate evidence into product strategy.
• Own the prioritized, outcome-driven roadmap for the Copperleaf Asset Investment Planning platform.
• Partner with Design, UX, Engineering, Customer Success, systems integrators, and consultants to guide delivery and enablement.
• Own market analysis, competitive positioning, financial projections, customer value models, and the commercial case for the product area.
• Drive go-to-market readiness through positioning, sales plays, partner enablement, customer success support, and release decisions.

Requirements

• 3–6+ years of product management experience in B2B enterprise software.
• Experience with customer discovery, co-creation, user-centric product development, and collaboration with Design and UX teams.
• Understanding of regulated, asset-intensive industries or the ability to develop this knowledge quickly.
• Experience with long enterprise sales cycles, complex stakeholder environments, financial modeling, market analysis, and business case creation.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and agile delivery skills.
• Willingness to travel 25% and work with globally distributed teams across time zones.

Nice to have

• Degree or equivalent qualifications in engineering, business, or a relevant technical field.
• Experience in utilities, infrastructure, capital planning, ROI analysis, or asset lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of FERC, EPA, Ofgem, or AEMO regulatory frameworks.
• Experience presenting at user conferences, leading customer advisory boards, or working with partner ecosystems.
