Engineer I - Test Hardware CAD (PCB Design)

What you will do

• Design high-quality PCBs that meet tester requirements and business-unit methodologies.
• Prepare design documents and deliverables, and review PCB designs using the required checklist.
• Provide design feedback, create project schedules, and communicate progress.
• Conduct incoming inspections for assigned projects.
• Delegate tasks, participate in design reviews with hardware engineering and project requestors, and complete assigned work on time.
• Manage individual productivity, quality, and on-time performance to optimize project cycle time.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical or electronic engineering.
• 0–2 years of experience with PCB design preferred.
• Familiarity with schematic design and PCB layout.
• Knowledge of PCB design using Altium Software preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken English and the ability to work in a global team.
