TL;DR
Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant — Spravato® Treatment Clinician (Spravato®/esketamine): Conducting psychiatric intake evaluations and providing in-person monitoring for Spravato® treatment sessions in small patient cohorts with an accent on FDA REMS compliance, safety checks, and clinical documentation. Focus on evaluating treatment eligibility, monitoring vital signs and clinical changes, coordinating prior authorization, and responding to anxiety or dissociation during observation.
Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; on-site monitoring at partner therapist offices within an agreed-upon radius. Schedule: Part-time/per-diem.
Compensation: Competitive hourly/per-session rate.

What you will do
- Conduct psychiatric intake evaluations and screening to determine Spravato® eligibility.
- Prescribe Spravato® and initiate insurance prior authorization documentation.
- Provide on-site clinical support during patient-administered Spravato® dosing sessions.
- Monitor vital signs, safety, symptoms, and clinical changes during the observation period.
- Complete documentation accurately and on time.
- Coordinate patient flow with operations and partner sites while supporting small cohorts of typically 3–4 patients.
Requirements
- Active NP or PA license in the state of practice.
- Current, unrestricted DEA registration.
- Willingness to register or associate the DEA registration with partner site addresses as needed.
- Comfort monitoring outpatients and responding to blood pressure changes, anxiety, dissociation, and other clinical changes.
- Strong documentation skills, reliability with protocols, and willingness to complete Spravato® REMS-related training.
- Psychiatric experience is preferred.
