What you will do
- Provide outpatient psychiatric and behavioral health care.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, PMH-APRNs, therapists, and a behavioral health case manager.
- Share patient care within the multidisciplinary outpatient team.
- Support a network of 19 primary care physician offices.
- Use the integrated Epic EMR to maintain continuity of care.
- Work varied days, nights, and weekends on a per diem basis.
Requirements
- Practice as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in behavioral health.
- Ability to provide outpatient care in Manchester, New Hampshire.
- Availability for varied day, night, and weekend shifts.
