What you will do

• Drive direct-labor and regional internal communications strategy.
• Create and translate corporate content, including toolkits, articles, digital signage, newsletters, and talking points.
• Support Global Operations leaders with all-hands presentations, talking points, recognition programs, and learning and development forums.
• Manage communication channels and tools for regional communications in collaboration with internal teams.
• Provide Thai translations for internal communications and live interpretation for sensitive in-person meetings in Thailand.
• Support the Global Operations Executive Communications Lead.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Linguistics, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of internal communications experience, preferably in a manufacturing or technical environment.
• Fluent Thai and English, spoken and written, is preferred for translation and cross-cultural communication responsibilities.
• Strong grammar, comprehension, interpersonal, and cross-cultural communication skills.
• Ability to adapt language for technicians, engineers, executives, and other audiences.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.

Nice to have

• Experience in a multinational manufacturing company.
• Familiarity with electronics, mechanical engineering, or data storage terminology.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong understanding of Thai cultural and business norms.
