Regional Supply Chain Manager

What you will do

• Define the strategic direction and design of the regional supply chain to meet customer service objectives.
• Translate demand plans into supply plans, identify constraints, and communicate execution requirements to manufacturing.
• Manage raw material ordering, supplier risks, inventory health, aging and blocked inventory, and obsolescence prevention.
• Monitor supply chain performance metrics, material and information flows, and on-time delivery.
• Facilitate supply review meetings with Supply Chain, Operations, Sourcing, Finance, and Logistics.
• Provide oversight to Master Schedulers, Asset Schedulers, and Material Planners while leading process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in an operational role and ideally 5 years in supply chain.
• University degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• ASCM (APICS) CPIM certification.
• Experience implementing strategic plans and driving results through accountability, teamwork, partnerships, and collaboration.
• Ability to work effectively in an international and culturally diverse environment and lead virtual teams.
