Group Financial Controller

What you will do

• Produce monthly Group Management Accounts and develop advanced financial KPIs.
• Own balance sheet controls, reconciliations, and intercompany accounting.
• Manage statutory audits, tax/VAT submissions, and global cash flow/treasury.
• Provide financial analysis, modeling, and business partnering for budgets and forecasts.
• Manage the accounting treatment of share option schemes and integration of new entities.
• Lead and mentor a small finance team.

Requirements

• Must have permission to work in the UK.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience.
• Full membership of a relevant professional accounting body (CIMA, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent).
• Experience working with external stakeholders and managing multiple projects to tight deadlines.
• Strong background in finance software packages and process improvement.
• Confidence in presenting financial data at a senior level.
