What you will do

• Own and optimize pricing strategy to balance growth and responsible lending
• Enhance customer journey using data insights and qualitative feedback
• Define and evolve multi-channel commercial strategy
• Analyze datasets with Python and SQL to uncover opportunities
• Monitor market trends and acquisition channels to stay competitive
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, data, and partners

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work in London, UK with partial remote
• English: B2 level or higher
• Daily coding experience with Python and SQL
• Experience in credit risk or commercial strategy, preferably in consumer lending or motor finance
• Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills
• Drive to deliver results aligned with commercial and customer needs
