.NET Developer (AI)

Location: Massachusetts, United States

Salary: $120,000–$130,000 per year, plus potential discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable APIs and backend business logic with .NET and C#.
• Build ASP.NET Core services for data processing and system integration.
• Implement data integration workflows, demo study loading, orchestration, and end-to-end data flows.
• Work with radiology data structures and clinical workflows.
• Integrate AI Agent outputs and external AI-driven results into the platform.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, AI teams, and clinical stakeholders while ensuring performance, reliability, and maintainability.

Requirements

• Strong experience with .NET and C#.
• Solid experience designing and developing RESTful services and Web APIs.
• Experience with data integration and workflow orchestration.
• Familiarity with SQL databases such as SQL Server or PostgreSQL and/or NoSQL databases.
• Experience with radiology workflows and data structures, plus a basic understanding of DICOM.
• Exposure to healthcare systems and interoperability standards, with strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience integrating AI/ML outputs into production systems.
• Familiarity with AWS App Services, Functions, and API Management.
• Experience with messaging systems such as AWS Service Bus, Kafka, or RabbitMQ.
• Knowledge of HL7/FHIR, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, or real-time data processing.
• Experience with medical imaging platforms, radiology viewers, or Agile/Scrum methodologies.
