.NET Tech Lead

hirify.global is delivering a long-term enterprise software project in the insurance domain.

What you will do

• Develop and modernize corporate applications, APIs, and backend integrations using C# and .NET.
• Work with SQL databases and optimize data processing.
• Contribute to frontend modernization using Blazor.
• Perform coding, code reviews, troubleshooting, and code optimization.
• Design technical solutions and maintain architecture and design documentation.
• Lead the development team, provide technical guidance, mentor less experienced developers, and communicate with customers and stakeholders about functionality and prioritization.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET, and .NET Core.
• Previous experience in a Technical Lead role.
• Experience with SQL databases, REST APIs, and backend integrations.
• Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with Git and Git Flow, including managing tasks from start to release.
• B2 English proficiency and strong communication and mentoring skills.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with .NET 10 and microservices architecture.
• Experience with frontend frameworks, especially Blazor, or willingness to learn Blazor.
• Familiarity with Copilot.
• Background in the insurance domain.
