.NET Developer (Investment Management)

Location: Belgrade, Cluj-Napoca, Dnipro, Kharkiv, Krakow, Kyiv, Larnaca, Lodz, Lublin, Lviv, Odesa, Riga, Sofia, Tbilisi, Varna, Warsaw, Wroclaw, Yerevan, or remote from Bulgaria, Georgia, and Poland

What you will do

• Design, develop, and optimize microservice-based components using .NET and ASP.NET Core.
• Implement new features and enhancements for a portfolio management platform.
• Develop RESTful APIs, service integrations, and event-driven solutions using message brokers.
• Build scalable and reliable systems for high-volume financial and market data.
• Collaborate with asset managers, business analysts, quantitative developers, and other cross-functional teams.
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, troubleshooting, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial .NET development experience.
• Strong knowledge of .NET and ASP.NET Core.
• Experience with microservices architecture and at least one of Kafka, RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus, or Amazon MQ.
• Practical experience with MS SQL Server or PostgreSQL, web services, and RESTful APIs.
• Good understanding of domain-driven design and basic understanding of GraphQL.
• Good spoken English required. Strong focus on new feature development rather than legacy support and maintenance.

Nice to have

• Experience with Angular, Windows Forms, or Azure AD.
• Finance domain experience, CFA certification, or experience with individual investments.
