Operational Risk Management Lead (Fintech)

What you will do

• Support the development and execution of operational risk management strategies.
• Conduct operational risk identification and assessment across business units, including Risk and Control Self-Assessments and project risk assessments.
• Develop operational risk policies and standards and support the implementation of ORM tools.
• Help define Key Risk Indicators, identify root causes, and recommend risk mitigation actions.
• Monitor operational risks and risk treatment plans, including incident and issue management.
• Prepare reports and escalate significant risks and non-compliance incidents to senior management and committees.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Business, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in risk management, data, incidents, and/or controls within financial or fintech industries.
• Knowledge of compliance, data privacy, and/or information security.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, process management, and internal controls skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks under pressure, and communicate effectively in English.
• High integrity, attention to detail, and a strong sense of accountability.
